Coaching Cycle (12 sessions)​

• 12 - 45 minute meetings

• Includes:  intake & assessment, SMART goal creation, progress monitoring sessions, and wrap-up session  

• At the end of each Coaching Cycle, the client has the option to begin a new coaching cycle, to take a short break from coaching, or to end coaching services.

• *NEW Offering the Strong Interest Inventory (The Myers-Briggs Company) career and educational assessment.
